Seminarian Jorge V. Rocha ordained to the Transitional Diaconate   5/21/15  

PROVIDENCE — The Most Rev. Robert C. Evans, Auxiliary Bishop of the Diocese of Providence, was the main celebrant at the diaconate ordination of Jorge V. Rocha on May 16 at Our Lady of the Rosary Church.

 

Rocha, a native of Cape Verde Islands and son of the late Fatima and Victorino Rocha, graduated from Classical High School and Franklin Pierce University where he received a B.A. degree in Journalism in 2000.
