Living Stations of the Cross                    Our Confirmation Students will gather together to portray the Way of the Cross, helping the faithful to participate in the passion of Jesus.  Please plan on attending and supporting our Confirmation Students                                                this Friday,  March 22nd at 7 p.m. at St. Rita’s. 

What are the Living Stations:                                                              

Few words are spoken by the actors as people listen to the speaker tell of the events that happened during each Station. The live action of the actors helps the faithful visualize what happened in a different way from viewing the traditional Stations of the Cross. The reenactment  of each station will bring a person into a deeper understanding of Christ’s passion. Opening our hearts to Christ’s suffering during his passion and death helps us to celebrate Christ’s Resurrection on Easter with renewed hope and a better relationship with Jesus.
